The challenge:
As a Customer Service employee you will get started with helping with customer problems. You do this by advising, informing and helping customers via mail & a ticket system, in both English and / or German. The consumers are worldwide, the sneakers are literally shipped to more than 100+ countries.
You deal with customers in a professional and friendly way and actively listen to their problems. In addition, you offer help and solutions in accordance with the company's customer service policy and in this way you try to unburden the customers as much as possible in their search for the perfect sneakers together with your team.

Where do you go for coffee?
Our client is a fancy platform where sneaker lovers can buy their coveted (hard to get) sneakers.  Only 5 years ago the directors started the company and now there are already about 80 employees.  With a young and ambitious team, they are committed to unburdening the customers in the search for the perfect sneakers.  They use the following criteria to guarantee their quality to the customers: Authenticity, safety, good quality and convenience. They want to guarantee this to the customer and they do everything they can to keep it of paramount importance. Thus, their message is also: Without these guarantees, no deal! They do this by bringing supply and demand within the luxury sneaker world together  and providing the customer with all the convenience  regarding the sale through a user-friendly platform.
