The challenge
As team leader you operate as the right hand of the Operations Managers. You directly manage supervisors and warehouse employees. You supervise and coach the employees and where necessary you proactively suggest process optimization. In addition, you are engaged in the following activities:

• Supervise the entire warehouse process of storage and loading of goods;
• Identifying bottlenecks and suggesting solutions;
• Conducting evaluation interviews with staff;
• Ensuring the achievement of objectives;
• Maintaining contact with external relations and internal departments.
