In this role you will be responsible for supporting customers throughout the entire order process and ensuring smooth communication between internal departments and external partners. You process and confirm customer orders in the ERP system and make sure all information is accurate and up to date. You will also prepare and manage export documentation such as proformas, invoices and shipping documents. In addition, you coordinate shipments with warehouses and logistics partners to ensure deliveries are handled efficiently and on time. You maintain close contact with internal departments such as sales, marketing and technical teams to ensure customer requirements are met. When issues arise, you proactively work on solutions and ensure customers are kept informed. Furthermore, you contribute to improving internal processes and maintaining high service standards.
