wie ben jij?

You have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; a Master’s degree is considered an advantage.
You have excellent communication skills and are fluent in English; the ability to communicate financial information to both financial and non-financial stakeholders comes naturally to you.
You have proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, combined with advanced Excel and Power BI skills; experience with SAP R3 and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365 is required.

As an FP&A Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in transforming financial and operational data into meaningful business insights. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization, helping leadership teams make informed decisions that drive performance, profitability, and sustainable growth. Combining analytical expertise with commercial awareness, you will identify trends, challenge assumptions, and provide valuable recommendations. This is a highly visible position where your analyses and financial insights directly contribute to strategic decision-making and business success.

Additionally, you will be responsible for:

Developing, maintaining, and optimizing financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning.
Performing profitability, cost, and variance analyses to identify opportunities and business risks.
Preparing monthly management reports, dashboards, and performance analyses for key stakeholders.
Transforming complex datasets into actionable insights while continuously improving data quality and reporting structures.
Supporting strategic initiatives through financial evaluations, investment analyses, and business case development.
Contributing to month-end closing activities and ensuring the accuracy and reliability of financial information.
Partnering with commercial, operational, and leadership teams to align financial objectives with overall business strategy.
