wie ben jij?

A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Supply Chain or a related field, backed by at least 5 years in FP&A, controlling, supply chain finance or operational analysis, ideally sharpened inside a manufacturing or distribution environment. You’re fluent in budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting, and comfortable being the person who turns ambiguity into a clear number.

Technically, you’re sharp: advanced Excel is a given, and you’re experienced with SAP or Microsoft Dynamics 365; familiarity with OneStream and Power BI is a strong plus. Just as important, you communicate with the confidence to influence operational stakeholders who don’t report to you, and you’re energized rather than daunted by regular travel to manufacturing and distribution sites across EMEA. Fluent English, spoken and written, is essential.

wat ga je doen?

You’ll be the analytical bridge between Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Finance, trusted with visibility across the full value chain, from raw material to delivered product.

Performance across the network

You’ll analyze supply chain, logistics and manufacturing performance across EMEA operations, tracking freight, warehousing, distribution and production costs, and delivering the variance analysis that keeps the business honest against budget and forecast.

Inventory and working capital

You’ll monitor inventory levels, stock ageing and working capital across manufacturing sites and distribution hubs, hunting for the efficiency gains and cash-generation opportunities hiding in plain sight.

Planning and forecasting

You’ll drive the budget and forecast process across manufacturing and supply chain operations, and build the dashboards and KPI frameworks that give leadership a clear line of sight into what’s really happening and what to do about it.

Costing and capital investment

You’ll support standard costing and periodic cost roll processes, dig into material, labor, overhead and logistics cost performance, and help build and stress-test the CapEx business cases that will fund the network’s next chapter.

Business partnering and continuous improvement

You’ll partner directly with Operations, Supply Chain and Manufacturing leaders across EMEA, embedding yourself in cross-functional projects and operational excellence initiatives, not as a back-office analyst, but as someone in the room when decisions get made.

waar ga je werken?

Some roles ask you to report on the business. This one asks you to help shape it. Our client is a specialist industrial manufacturer within a global, family-owned holding group, a business built by entrepreneurs, still run like one, with decades of sustained growth and a footprint spanning multiple continents. Its EMEA operations, centered on cargo control and transport systems for the commercial logistics industry, are entering a new phase of expansion, and this role sits right at the center of it.

We’re looking for an analyst who doesn’t just crunch numbers but connects them, someone who can walk onto a factory floor, understand what’s driving cost and service performance, and turn that into insight the leadership team acts on. This is a rare opportunity to build the analytical backbone of a growing EMEA manufacturing and supply chain network, with direct influence over how the business plans, spends and competes.
