As a Payroll Administrator, you are an indispensable link within the team and take care of the payroll administration for various clients. You work closely with your colleagues in small, multidisciplinary teams and ensure that all payroll data is processed accurately and on time. In addition, you maintain contacts with clients and various organizations such as the tax authorities, pension funds, and trade associations. You proactively advise clients on HR and payroll administration and stay up-to-date with the latest laws and regulations. You also monitor changes in collective labor agreements (CAOs) and ensure that everything in the administration is kept up-to-date. In this role, you will carry out tasks such as:
- Being co-responsible for the entire payroll administration of various clients;
- Independently executing payroll runs;
- Maintaining contacts with clients and organizations like the tax authorities, pension funds, and trade associations.
- Advising clients on HR and payroll administration;
- Keeping an eye on changes in laws and regulations and following up on them;
- Monitoring collective labor agreement changes.
