wie ben jij?

  • You hold a degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
  • You have fluent spoken and written English.
  • You have at least five years of experience in FP&A, controlling or operational analysis, experience with SAP or Microsoft Dynamics 365, and are willing to travel regularly across EMEA.

Technically, you’re sharp: advanced Excel is a given, and you’re experienced with SAP or Microsoft Dynamics 365; familiarity with OneStream and Power BI is a strong plus. Just as important, you communicate with the confidence to influence operational stakeholders who don’t report to you, and you’re energized rather than daunted by regular travel to manufacturing and distribution sites across EMEA. Fluent English, spoken and written, is essential.

As a Financial Planning Analyst, you will be a financial partner to operations, supply chain and manufacturing leaders. You will connect financial results with the decisions made across the business. Your insights will help improve efficiency, profitability and working capital. The role is based in the Netherlands and involves regular travel across EMEA.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Leading financial input for operational budgets and forecasts.
  • Providing clear reporting on performance, trends and key risks.
  • Turning operational data into financial insights and recommendations.
  • Analysing costs across manufacturing, logistics and distribution.
  • Supporting decisions on inventory, working capital and investment.
  • Measuring the impact of improvement and cost saving initiatives.
  • Developing dashboards and KPIs that strengthen decision-making.

We’re looking for an analyst who doesn’t just crunch numbers but connects them, someone who can walk onto a factory floor, understand what’s driving cost and service performance, and turn that into insight the leadership team acts on. This is a rare opportunity to build the analytical backbone of a growing EMEA manufacturing and supply chain network, with direct influence over how the business plans, spends and competes.
